Every carton is barcode-labelled and entered into a printed inventory sheet you sign at pickup and again at delivery. Book packing-only if you have your own transport, or full pack-move-unpack for the smoothest experience.

Can I hire only the packing service without transport?
Yes. We offer standalone packing if you have arranged your own truck or courier. We can also crate items so they are courier-ready.
Do you pack plants, pets or perishable food?
Potted plants are packed in breathable wraps for short-distance moves. Pets and perishable food are excluded and must be transported by the owner.
What packing materials do you use?
Fresh 100 GSM bubble wrap, 40-micron LDPE stretch film, 5-ply corrugated sheets, EPE foam and pine-wood custom crates. No reused or second-hand material.
What happens if a packed item is damaged in transit?
Our transit insurance covers damage caused during packing, loading, transport and unloading. Claims are settled promptly per the insurance policy.
